USCIS to Release Revised Form G-325A for Deferred Action Requests

USCIS will release a revised Form G-325A, Biographic Information (for Deferred Action), on 1/6/25. The new form includes updates such as the ability to request employment authorization, a Social Security card, and eliminates the need for a separate written statement.
