USCIS Transferring Cases Between NSC and CSC

USCIS transferred certain Form I-129 H-1B Extension of Stay (EOS) petitions and Form I-765, filed together with Form I-539, for petitioners requesting an EOS for an H-1B worker to continue with the same employer, from the NSC to the CSC to balance the workload.
