USCIS Will Accept Only the Revised Form N-648 Starting November 21

USCIS issued a reminder that starting 11/21/22, it will only accept the 8/19/22 edition of Form N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions. USCIS recommends that applicants submit Form N-648 at the same time as Form N-400.
