DOS posted the Visa Bulletin for April 2017. Bulletin includes notes regarding the rapid movement in the worldwide family fourth preference category, the scheduled expiration of two employment visa categories in April 2017, and special immigrant visa availability for Afghan and Iraqi nationals.
Note: As of March 16, 2017, USCIS has determined that for April 2017, the Final Action Date chart must be used for both family- and employment-based preference filings.
