DOS posted the September 2021 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the DV category including DV-2022 results, scheduled expiration of I5 and R5 visa categories, numerical limits, information about monthly “Chats with Charlie,” and more.

The next "Chats with Charlie" on the DOS YouTube Channel will take place on August 19, 2021, at 1:00 pm (ET) to discuss the July Visa Bulletin. Questions can be emailed to VisaBulletin@state.gov ahead of the event with “Chat with Charlie Question” in the subject line.

Note: As of August 13, 2021, USCIS has not advised whether in September 2021, it will accept adjustment of status applications for family– or employment-based petitions based on filing dates or final action dates. USCIS anticipates that this information will be released within one week of the monthly visa bulletin.
