Executive Order 13563: Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review

Executive Order signed by President Obama on 1/18/11, directing agencies to review existing regulations that “may be outmoded, ineffective, insufficient or excessively burdensome, and to modify, streamline, expand, or repeal them in accordance with what has been learned.” (76 FR 3821, 1/21/11)
