Recent news stories (Wall Street Journal, Reuters) have reported that the Biden Administration is weighing potential executive actions that could provide temporary legal status and work permits to undocumented immigrants who are married to U.S. citizens. The purpose of this video is to emphasize that no official plan, protections, and eligibility requirements have been announced. We want to ensure families are informed and protected from false promises and notarios who may claim they can apply for any “Parole in Place” or similar program.
