White House Releases Guidance on “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States”

The White House released guidance stating that sections 3(c) and 3(e) of the Executive Order entitled “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States issued on 1/27/17 does not apply to lawful permanent residents.
