AILA’s National Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is delighted to welcome the AILA community to join us in our inaugural 21-Day Racial Equity Invitation. Together, over the next 21 days plus one Bonus Day, we will learn, reflect, and discuss topics centered on the role of race in immigration law and the experiences of marginalized communities in the U.S. through the lens of racial equity.

As participants in the 21-Day Racial Equity Invitation, we will follow and complete a customized syllabus containing short, daily assignments (15-30 minutes per day) that include a combination of reading, videos, and podcasts. Each day, we will consider questions centered on a theme.
