Due to the sensitive nature of this roundtable discussion, only the presentation portion of the session will be recorded.
Come to this roundtable sponsored by the AILA Well-Being Committee to hear the most recent health advice about alcohol use and consider whether you’re drinking more than is healthy for you. Are you concerned about the amount you drink, the state of alcohol use in the profession, or are you “sober curious”? We will have speakers talk about their decisions to reduce how much they drink, from cutting back to a healthier level to total sobriety, and how they made behavioral changes that make sense to them. We also want to hear from you: Share your own journey about alcohol use, tips for not overdrinking, and alternatives that help you de-stress and relax.
This roundtable is presented by AILA's Well-Being Committee for Well-Being Week In Law. For more well-being resources, visit AILA's Well-Being Center.
AILA Video Roundtables are free interactive learning opportunities hosted by faculty selected for their expertise, with an emphasis on discussion and Q&A. This roundtable is available only to AILA members and is not CLE eligible. The free recording will be available 7-10 business days following the live event.
