Join the Federal Court Litigation Section for their quarterly call where they will cover Loper Bright, a June 2024 decision from the Supreme Court that upends administrative law, including in the immigration sphere. This call will address the decision's effects on federal court review of immigration agency decisions and trends we are seeing from lower courts in applying Loper Bright.
