Navigating Global Mobility: Visa Options for Individuals and Corporations Amid U.S. Policy Changes

Recent developments in the United States have led to challenges for certain foreign nationals who are unable to obtain or renew their visas, forcing them (and corporations) to reconsider their residency options. At the same time, some U.S. citizens are exploring relocation abroad. Our panel of experts will examine the visa opportunities available in key jurisdictions—including Portugal, Spain, Canada, Hong Kong, and Australia —that individuals and corporations can consider.

The discussion will cover both company-sponsored visas and those that can be directly obtained by foreign nationals, including:

  • Intracompany transfer work permits
  • Work permits for highly skilled professionals
  • Investor, passive income, and digital nomad visas

Additionally, the panelists will explore relevant tax and social security agreements that may enhance residency conditions in different jurisdictions.
