Join ICE Committee members for a discussion of the committee's in-person liaison engagement with ICE OPLA and ICE ERO.

Prosecutorial Discretion

The AILA ICE Committee coordinates with local ICE liaisons to monitor issues, trends, and policies that relate to enforcement actions, enforcement priorities, detention, and removal proceedings. The committee meets virtually on a regular basis, prepares practice pointers, tracks trends based on AILA member experiences, and provides comments on announcements or policy changes affecting individuals who have interactions with ICE. They also collect and send related trends to ICE officials.

AILA Video Roundtables are free interactive learning opportunities hosted by faculty selected for their expertise, with an emphasis on discussion and Q&A. This roundtable is available only to AILA members and is not CLE eligible. The free recording will be available 7-10 business days following the live event.
