Eligible participants can receive up to 1.8 CLE credit hours. AILA will administer CLE credit only to individuals who register and log into the web seminar. AILA cannot verify your attendance and participation in this program unless you register directly for the web seminar and use your name to log in to participate in the program. Therefore, persons who log in or listen in on the web seminar as part of a group will not be able to obtain CLE credit.

David J. Wilks co-leads the Immigration Practice Group at Hodgson Russ LLP in Rochester, New York. He represents a wide variety of business immigration clients. Mr. Wilks currently serves as an Elected Director on the national Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA). His articles have appeared in Bender’s Immigration Bulletin, ILW.com, National Law Review, and in various AILA publications, including: Immigration Options for Investors and Entrepreneurs, 4th Ed. Devin B. O’Neill is a Director and Senior Attorney at EY Law, LLP based in Toronto Canada where she supports and advises a range of large corporations build their US immigration program, manage risk, and respond to changing US immigration landscape. Ms. O’Neill has practiced immigration law since 2003 alternating her practice between refugee and asylum law (serving as the Mixed Migration Expert for UNHCR Office for Southern Africa), and business immigration.
