Visa Bulletin backlogs, the new PERM Form ETA 9089, U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) delays, and new options for immigrant petition premium processing have made it more important than ever for attorneys to perform a comprehensive assessment upfront in order to manage client expectations and their law practices in connection with employment-based green cards. Experts on this intermediate panel will discuss how to minimize friction in PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status processing. Panelists also will share strategies on how to avoid pitfalls and proactively anticipate challenges.

Eligible participants can receive up to 1.8 CLE credit hours. AILA will administer CLE credit only to individuals who register and log into the web seminar. AILA cannot verify your attendance and participation in this program unless you register directly for the web seminar and use your name to log in to participate in the program. Therefore, persons who log in or listen in on the web seminar as part of a group will not be able to obtain CLE credit.
