The new version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, has finally arrived, almost one year after the 2019 version expired last October. And—wait for it—the Form I-9 is back to one page. Our expert faculty will discuss the changes to the Form I-9, including the format of the form itself, as well as the recently announced option for employers to conduct virtual inspection of the identity and work authorization documents. They will also discuss NextGen E-Verify and the significant impact it will have on the employment verification process.
