DOS Final Rule on Passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad
DOS final rule incorporating statutory passport denial and revocation requirements for certain convicted sex offenders. The rule also sets out procedures for denying and cancelling Consular Reports of Birth Abroad and provides additional information relating to the conduct of review hearings.
