EOIR Issues Memo on New Format for Memoranda and Cancellation of Outdated OPPMs

EOIR issued a memo (PM 19-01) that established standard formatting for EOIR policies and rescinded outdated memoranda (OPPM 97-5, 99-3, 03-04, and 13-01). This memo is effective 11/7/18.
