USCIS notice on the termination of the designation of Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on 7/22/19. Holders of TPS from Haiti who wish to maintain their TPS and Employment Authorization Documents through 7/22/19 must re-register for TPS in accordance with the procedures set forth in the notice.
