AILA Submits Comments on Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion

AILA submitted comments on 2/4/20 in response to a USCIS notice and request for comments on proposed revisions to Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion. AILA raised concerns regarding USCIS’s attempt to eliminate AAO appellate jurisdiction over “no risk” determinations under the Adam Walsh Act.
