CBP final rule adopting without change the interim amendments published at 78 FR 18457 on 03/27/13 which enabled DHS to transition the issuance of the Form I-94 (Arrival/Departure Record) to an automated process. The rule is effective on 1/18/17. (81 FR 91646, 12/19/16)
