CBP Releases Memo on Haitian Alien Minors Arriving in the United States
CBP released a memo outlining the appropriate processing of arriving Haitian alien minors who arrive at ports of entry. This memo is intended to supplement the existing guidance of the processing of minors under the TVPRA and address certain situations that arise after the 2010 earthquake.
