CBP Issues Amendment to Memo on Evidence of LPR Status at Ports of Entry

CBP issued an amendment to its 8/12/08 memo regarding LPR evidence of status at ports of entry, stating that certain applicants not in possession of Form I-551 do not need to pay the Form I-90 fee or the biometric fee when they are exempt from said fees.
