CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Policy Changes for Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Permanent Resident Cards

CBP released a redacted memo and muster on policy changes for lost, stolen, or destroyed permanent resident cards, Form I-551. This memo supersedes the memo on evidence of LPR status at ports of entry dated 8/12/08, and clarifies the one dated 10/3/08.
