CBP Releases Memo and Muster on E-Passport Requirement for Visa Waiver Program Applicants

CBP released a redacted memo and muster on e-passport requirement for Visa Waiver Program (VWP) applicants, noting that VWP nationals arriving in the United States with passports issued on or after 10/26/06, that are not e-passports may be denied admission, and may be detained pending removal.
