CBP Releases Memo on Extended Grants of Advance Parole by USCIS

CBP released a redacted memo noting that USCIS authorized the automatic extension of advance parole until 3/12/10 for individuals in Haiti or nationals or habitual residents of Haiti outside the U.S. if their advanced parole authorization, For I-512, expires between 1/12/10 and 3/12/10.
