CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Kootenai Tribe Enhanced Tribal Card

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that the Kootenai Tribe Enhanced Tribal Card is an acceptable standalone Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) compliant document for entry into the United States.
