CBP Issues Muster on Permanent Resident Cards For Commuters

CBP released a muster noting that permanent residents taking up commuter status may elect to have their Permanent Resident Cards, Form I-551, sent to the CBP port of entry where they will be entering and leaving the United States during the course of their employment in the United States.
