CBP Releases Memo on Form I-551 Sent to CBP Ports of Entry

CBP issued a memo to serve as a reminder that permanent resident commuters may elect to have their Permanent Resident Cards, Form I-551, sent to the CBP port of entry where the permanent resident commuter will be entering and leaving the U.S. during the course of his or her employment in the U.S.
