AILA, ASISTA, and the Tahirih Justice Center submitted comments on Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion (8/15/20 edition). In particular, the groups expressed concerns regarding limits on appellate review after a motion, as well as appeals that must address all grounds of ineligibility. The groups also requested additional clarification concerning derivative applicants and denials which involve multiple form types.
