AILA Submits Supplemental Comments Regarding Requested Start Date for FY2021 H-1B Cap-Subject Petitions
AILA submitted supplemental comments expressing concern about USCIS’s rejection and denial of FY2021 H-1B cap subject petitions for failure to list a 10/1/20 start date and proposing modifications to 8 CFR §214.2(h)(8)(iii)(A)(4) to provide greater clarity.
