DHS Fact Sheet on Enhanced Driver’s Licenses

On 12/5/07 DHS released a Fact Sheet describing the department’s efforts to develop alternative documents to meet WHTI requirements at land and sea ports of entry, including encouraging states to submit proposals for enhanced driver’s licenses.
