DOJ Provides Information on EADs for TPS Haiti

Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
DOJ provided notice that USCIS automatically extended the validity of certain EADs issued under TPS Haiti through 1/17/19 if an EAD application has been submitted. USCIS will mail the applicant a Notice of Continued Evidence of Work Authorization that provides evidence of this automatic extension.
