DOL Provides Resources from Webinar on 2024 H-2A Farmworker Protection Final Rule

DOL provides the slides and a recording from its 6/6/24 webinar on the 2024 H-2A Farmworker Protection Final Rule. The Final Rule will become effective June 28, 2024, and OFLC will begin accepting applications subject to the provisions of this rule on August 29, 2024.
