DOL Announces Plans to Protect American Workers from H-1B Program Discrimination

DOL announced actions it plans to take in an effort to ensure that American workers are not discriminated against by the H-1B program, including “rigorous use” of existing authority to initiate investigations of H-1B program violators, consideration of changes to the LCA, and stakeholder engagement.
