DOS Correction to Immigrant Visas Final Rule
DOS corrected a regulation published in the Federal Register on 7/14/23, to address a typographical error in the immigrant visa classification symbols and incorrectly listed the IB1 classification for ‘‘Self-petition Spouse of U.S. Citizen’’ as ‘‘IBI’’ rather than ‘‘IB1.
