DOS Updates Its Guidance on Presidential Proclamation 9645
DOS updated its guidance on Presidential Proclamation 9645, as visa restrictions imposed on nationals of Chad were lifted. All other visa restrictions remain in effect. Guidance includes additional background information as well as FAQs.
