Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
USCIS SAVE issued an alert stating that it is complying with the 3/31/25 order from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and postponing the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Venezuela for the 2023 designation. SAVE is following the 1/17/25 Federal Register notice extending the 2023 TPS Venezuela designation from 4/3/25 through 10/2/26 and extending Forms I-766, Employment Authorization documents (EADs), with category A12 or C19 and a Card Expires date(s) of 9/10/25, 4/2/25, 3/10/24, or 9/9/22 through 4/2/26, pending further litigation.
