Join AILA experts to discuss the August 19, 2024 implementation of the President’s announcement to use parole in place to promote family unity. This roundtable will review the application process, eligibility requirements, and evidentiary standards, as well as to discuss best practices. We will also use this as an opportunity to identify questions or concerns you may have about implementation to inform AILA’s administrative advocacy regarding the implementation of parole in place.
